Zhibek Kulambayeva of Kazakhstan reaches semifinal of ITF doubles tournament in Thailand

Kazakhstan’s Zhibek Kulambayeva, 23, has reached the semifinal of the ITF W50 Nonthaburi Women doubles tournament in Thailand, Kazinform News Agency cites the press service of the Kazakhstan Tennis Federation.
Zhibek Kulambayeva of Kazakhstan paired with Sapfo Sakellaridi of Greece outperformed Maja Chwalińska of Poland and Yuki Naito of Japan 6-4, 6-3 in the tournament’s quarterfinal.
The Kazakh-Greece duo is to meet next South Korean-Thai pair of Sohyun Park and Luksika Kumkhum.
