Kazakhstan’s Zhibek Kulambayeva reached0 the quarterfinal of the ITF W15 Bengaluru Women singles tournament in India, Kazinform News Agency cites Sports.kz.
Zhibek beat Indian Pooja Ingale 6-1, 6-3 in a two-set match in Round of 16 of the tournament.
The Kazakhstani advanced to the second round of the ITF W15 Bengaluru Women doubles tournament on November 21.
Earlier, 13-year-old Dariya Kim of Balkhash, Kazakhstan, had won the title of the WSKA World Shotokan Karate-do Championships 2023 held in Japan.
