Zhambyl region to focus on preschool education

TARAZ. January 22. KAZINFORM "It is necessary to build 88 kindergartens and 53 mini day care facilities in the region to fully cover children with preschool education," head of Zhambyl region Karim Kokrebayev stated at the meeting.
"In his State-of-the-Nation Address President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev sets a task to fully cover children aged 3-6 with preschool education by 2020. Therefore, it is essential to build 88 kindergartens and 53 mini day care facilities in the region," he added. The governor also charged education department, local authorities of districts and Taraz city to elaborate design estimates and find budget means to regain the buildings of kindertargens conditioned to other facilities. As of today there are 212 kindergartens and 168 mini centres in the region.
