Zhambyl oblast needs KZT 6,7 bln for road map implementation

ZHAMBYL OBLAST. April 2. KAZINFORM /Galina Skripnik/ Zhambyl Oblast administration has shaped up activities plan as part of execution of the Government Action Plan (Road Map) on implementation of the President?s Message to the Nation ?Through Crisis to Renovation and Prosperity?; Kazinform reports.
According to deputy governor Karim Kokrekbayev, the regional employment strategy is being elaborated in seven directions. They are reconstruction and development of the housing and utilities systems; repair, reconstruction and construction of social facilities, roads; social jobs and internship and trainee jobs for the youth; financing of priority social projects; extention of the masimum period of welfare payments in the case of job loss; advanced training of specialists.
?To carry through the plan we need extra funds. We have optimized the expenditures of local budgets and need to reconstruct and repair regional social facilities and we need financial resouces. KZT 6,7 bln are to be allocated for reconstruction and repair of 225 facilities, including KZT 5,2 bln from the national budget and KZT 1,5 bln from the local budget. This will 13,200 jobs?, Kokrekbayev said.
