Zarina Diyas promised Nazarbayev to become WTA's top 10 player

"One day, I saw you play tennis, and then read somewhere that you popularized tennis, golf, skiing and healthy lifestyle in general. You are a role model for me!" she said during the meeting with the president dedicated to the international women's day.

Z. Diyas noted that she travelled around the globe a lot and communicated with a lot of sportsmen.

"And now I know for sure that there's no better country for young tennis players than Kazakhstan. Now, I can also confidently state that your backhand volley is similar to what Rafael Nadal has. I promise to train hard and become the top ten tennis player of the world and win Wimbledon one day. I devote all my victories to you," she said.

In addition, Z. Diyas thanked the head of State for the support of sport he renders.

Z. Diyas is ranked 30 th in the world rankings as of today.
