Kazakhstani tennis player Yulia Putintseva ranking 79th in the world cruised to Round 4 at the now-running BNP Paribas Open in Indian Wells, the U.S., Kazinform News Agency learnt from the Kazakh Tennis Federation.
In the Round of 32 Yulia Putintseva beat Madison Keys World No.18 in two sets with a score of 6:4, 6:1.
The match lasted for 1 hour and 22 minutes.
Next, Yulia Putintseva will play vs Iga Swiatek of Poland.
The Indian Wells Open (also known as the Indian Wells Masters and as the BNP Paribas Open), an annual professional tennis tournament held in Indian Wells, is played on outdoor hard courts. For 2024, its total prize money pool is 17,991,110 US dollars.
