Youth Palace designed by Russian experts to appear in Astana

At the meeting held as part of the Astana Culture Days in Saint Petersburg, the parties debated strengthening of trade and economic and cultural ties between Russia's northern capital and capital of Kazakhstan. Besides, the sides plan to establish cooperation in the sphere of construction.
