Speaking at the roudtable in Astana, he noted that the upcoming early presidential elections would strengthen the principle of following the norms of the Constitution and set procedures.

"As you know, the idea on holding the referendum was also voiced among the recent election talks. It is not unique or new, it has its supporters. In 2011, about two million signatures were collected during the campaign on holding the referendum. It's about one third of voters. But the Head of State chose elections among the options," Yerlan Karin noted.

Besides, according to him, the elections will give a new impetus for development of the political system because benefitting further institutionalization of political parties, development of their plans and political technologies.

"Some experts express their opinion regarding the necessity to reload the political sector. In this regard, some parties supporting the candidature of the Leader of the Nation will have to think about conceptual formation of their support of the President's course. For example, they might need to add the reflection of the President's policy to their program documents," Y. Karin told at the sitting.

"I also think that television and Internet will compete as the main instruments of influence on formation of the public opinion. According to the information, the number of Internet users grew up to 12 million people in the country. In 2011, the number was 4 million. Obviously, the Internet space has grown significantly since the last campaign," Y. Karin stressed.

As the emphasized, the most important thing about these elections are further institutionalization of the status of the nationwide leader and strengthening of the consolidation of people based on the system of values of Kazakhstan.
