According to the expert the anti-crisis measures of foreign governments gave short-term and unstable effect. Over the last two years the developed countries injected 60%-80% of GDP to their economies for stabilizing the situation. In spite of burst of activity on the stock and commodity markets European and American economies fixed the recession. Thus the adopted measures didn't lay foundation for prevention of further decline. Therefore, in his opinion the world will face a new wave of crisis in autumn 2009.
