During the meeting M. Bisengaliev shared his plans for future and thanked the attendees for warm welcome. "I am touched by your attention and I am pleased to meet with you, because usually after the concerts I have to fly back", M. Bisengaliev said.

In turn, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Kazakhstan to the Republic of Belarus Anatoly Smirnov expressed gratitude to M. Bisengaliev for his concert in Minsk.

As earlier reported, within the celebration of the forthcoming 20th anniversary of Kazakhstan's independence, the Kazakh Embassy in Minsk organized a concert of M. Bisengaliev in the Big Concert Hall of the Belarusian State Philharmonic Society.

Bisengaliev was described as "brilliant violin soloist" by The Times and designated as "Latter-day Ysaye" by Fanfare American Journal. The New York Times says that "He has taken to heart a style of playing that was a hallmark of violin virtuosity early in the century, and is only now coming back into favor after several decades in the shadow of a more drily rational style". In February 2011 M. Bisengaliev performed for Prince Charles and the royal family at the Buckingham Palace.
