World congratulates President Nursultan Nazarbayev on his birthday
All the congratulations reflect great contribution of the Head of State to building new and independent Kazakhstan, strengthening of economy and the country's international authority.
"Highly appreciate our good relations, your attention to gradual expansion of the Russian-Kazakh multifaceted ties," the telegram of President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin reads.
"Successful development of the Sino-Kazakh relations is inseparable from personal attention and huge efforts of President Nursultan Nazarbayev highly appreciated by China," the congratulatory telegram of President of China Hu Jintao reads. The Chinese President noted readiness of the leaders of the two countries to bring the Sino-Kazakh relations of multifaceted strategic partnership to new heights.
UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon also sent his congratulation to President Nursultan Nazarbayev wishing him further success in his activities.
President of Turkey Abdullah Gül noted, "We regard Kazakhstan's great achievements as our triumphs and we are proud of them."
"I am confident that realization of the achieved agreements will contribute to deepening of strategic partnership between our countries, development of integration processes within the Customs Union and Single Economic Space," President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko said in his telegram.

President of Uzbekistan Islam Karimov congratulated the people of Kazakhstan and Nursultan Nazarbayev. "The coherent policy of far-reaching changes and modernization, mature scope of measures providing stable and balanced economic development of the country under your wise leadership is generally recognized in the world," his telegram reads.
President of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovich highly appreciates contribution of Nursultan Nazarbayev to the development of cooperation between Ukraine and Kazakhstan. "I am confident that our joint efforts aimed at realization of the agreements earlier achieved will lead to practical results for the benefit of our nations," the message reads.
In his congratulatory letter Almazbek Atambayev, President of Kyrgyzstan, said that people of his country highly estimated Nursultan Nazarbayev's personal contribution to the strengthening of the Kyrgyz-Kazakh brotherhood.
President of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon noted significant personal contribution of the Kazakh Leader to the development and strengthening of centuries-old friendship and mutually profitable cooperation between the two countries.

I have the honor to congratulate you on the 14th anniversary of Kazakhstan's capital. Georgia highly appreciates your personal efforts aimed at all-round development of traditionally friendly ties between people of Georgia and Kazakhstan," the congratulatory letter reads.
President of Israel Shimon Peres wished Nursultan Nazarbayev happiness and good health for many years to come and expressed hope to see him in Israel.
Ivan Gašparovič, President of Slovakia, congratulated Nursultan Nazarbayev on his birthday and expressed confidence in further fruitful development of bilateral relations between Slovakia and Kazakhstan.
President Nazarbayev traditionally received a lot of congratulatory letters and telegrams from the Russian Federation, including congratulations from Chairman of the State Duma S. Naryshkin, and political figures V. Zhirinovsky, L. Slutsky, U. Umakhanov, and V. Rushailo.
