TANA. September 20. KAZINFORM Within the Balapan program it is planned to increase providing children with preschool education by 70 percent. Prime Minister Karim Massimov has said it at the session of the parliamentary faction of Nur Otan People's Democratic Party.
"Expenses for financing education increased twofold against 2007 and will exceed KZT 898 bln in 2011. a network of preschool organizations increased by 4,000 facilities. 137 new kindergartens were constructed, 65 more will be launched till the year-end," K.Massimov said.
"Within the Balapan program it is planned to increase providing children with preschool education by 70 percent," the Premier noted.
