Head of State Kassym-Jomart Tokayev congratulated the nation of Kazakhstan on the Republic Day, Kazinform News Agency reports citing the Akorda press service.
"Dear compatriots! I sincerely congratulate you on the Republic Day! This magnificent holiday is the embodiment of the sovereignty of Kazakhstan, a symbol of the revival of our centuries-old statehood," the letter of congratulaiton reads.
According to the President, Republic Day contributes to strengthening the national identity, uniting all citizens around our fundamental values.
"Thanks to cohesion and solidarity, we overcome the most difficult challenges and implement large-scale transformations. Law and order in society, hard work and professionalism of citizens have been a strong support and the main driving force of the reforms. We look ahead with confidence and build Just and Fair Kazakhstan for the benefit of future generations," says the President.
"What our country will be like tomorrow depends on each of us! I am confident that all our citizens are aware of this great responsibility and will contribute to strengthening our statehood," the Head of State emphasized.
The President wished Kazakhstanis good health, prosperity and great achievements.
