Wet spell to prevail over Kazakhstan this weekend

A cyclone will embrace almost the entire territory of Kazakhstan bringing precipitation to parts of the country, Kazinform News Agency has learnt from Kazhydromet.
Heavy precipitation will douse North Kazakhstan region on March 29, Akmola region on March 29-30, Pavlodar and Karaganda regions on March 30 and East Kazakhstan region on March 31, the national weather agency said in a statement.
Mets predict heavy downpours in Almaty region on March 29, Turkistan region on March 30 and Zhetysu region on March 29-31.
Temperature is expected to dip countrywide, especially in Aktobe, Kostanay, Akmola, North Kazakhstan regions.
