Weather with no precipitation predicted in Kazakhstan Dec 23

The greater part of Kazakhstan is to expect weather with no precipitation. Only the west and northwest of the country are to see unstable weather conditions with odd rain and snow expected due to fronts, Kazinform News Agency cites the National Met Office Kazhydromet.
The country is to brace for fog, black ice, and gust wind, as well as ground blizzard in the east.
Strong wind reaching up to 30mps is expected at times in the area of Alakol Lake in Zhetysu region.
