We should stand together against negative phenomena in the sphere of religion - Supreme Mufti of Kazakhstan

This statement was made by the chairman of the Muslim Board Erjan kazhy Mayamerov at the meeting with members of the Club of Editors in the mosque named "Hazrat Sultan".

"As you know, we have a difficult situation in the field of religion. We are in a transition period. As we go through it, so the situation will develop in the future. Religious questions are very important, because we can see that a lot of overseas alien phenomena occur precisely in the area of religion. Therefore, I think, it is impossible to lay everything on the Spiritual Board. This applies to all non-governmental organizations in the country, the general public. If we can work together to counter these negative phenomena, we safely go through all of this", said E.Mayamerov.

Mufti stressed that the Spiritual Administration could not cope alone with all the problems in the field of religion. First of all, there are opportunities provided by the media to propagate traditional religious beliefs among the population of our country.
