We see that EU wishes to enhance and deepen our relations - OSCE Chairman-in-Office

BRUSSELS. April 28. KAZINFORM /Dimash Syzdykov/ "We see that the European Union wishes to enhance and deepen our relations", OSCE Chairman-in-Office, Kazakh Foreign Minister Kanat Saudabayev has said at a briefing after the ministerial meeting in the format of "EU-Central Asia" today.
Speaking about the development of cooperation between Kazakhstan and the European Union, K. Saudabayev noted the efficiency of the chairmanship of Spain in the EU. He also emphasized that the signing of a new strategic partnership agreement between the EU and Kazakhstan would be a very important step in cooperation between them.
K. Saudabayev thanked Miguel Angel Moratinos, Spanish Foreign Minister and Chairman of the EU for the support of Kazakhstan's chairmanship in the OSCE, particularly regarding the issues of preparation and holding the OSCE Summit in 2010.
