We need to update Labor Code – Minister Abdykalikova

ASTANA. February 3. KAZINFORM /Kanat Kulshmanov/ We need to make amendments to Labor Code of Kazakhstan; Kazakh Minister of Labor and Social Protection Gulshara Abdykalikova has informed of it today in Astana.
"The legislative basis of the social risks administration in labor sphere is the Labor Code. At present we face the need to make several amendments to it", G. Abdykalikova said.
According to her, practical development of the system on labor relations will be carried out on the following principal lines: extension of the collective-treaty relations, development of labor rating including reforming of the safety management system.
