We expect Alliance Bank to sign agreement with creditors soon - Y.Bakhmutova

ANA. October 1. KAZINFORM /Muratbek Makulbekov/ "We expect that Alliance Bank will sign an agreement with creditors soon", Chair of the Financial Supervision Agency Yelena Bakhmutova has said at the briefing in the Senate today.
According to Y.Bakhmutova, Alliance Bank should perform a number of legal procedures for implementation of all activities envisaged by the document. It is expected that the process of borrowings restructuring and the bank recapitalization will be completed before mid November, 2009.
