"I can say that earlier in Almaty the suggestions were made, they had been revised in Moscow eight months ago. In Istanbul in March, at the meeting of technical experts, Iranian proposals were also taken into consideration ", added M.Mann.

He noted that the discussion continued in Istanbul for about 12 hours, the details had been thoroughly examined. " So, today we are hoping that Iran will give us a clear answer, the response to the proposals that we have put forward initially on confidence. We do hope that the Iranian representative will present his opinion and proposal ", said Michael Mann.

We remind that February 26-27 in Almaty there were talks in "E3/EU plus 3" format on the Iranian nuclear program. Then the meeting ended with the agreement of the parties to further discuss how to deliver on the issues at the level of experts in Istanbul on 18 March this year, and during the next round of high-level talks in Almaty on April 5-6. Today in Almaty another round of talks in E3/EU plus 3 format has started.

Kazakhstan, not being a direct participant in the negotiations, has created favorable conditions for fruitful conduct.
