Observers noted they did not notice any cases of centralized and administrative mobilizing of voters to the polls. On April 3 they visited four regions of Kazakhstan - Karaganda, Pavlodar, Akmola and Almaty, and the cities of Astana and Almaty, and conducted monitoring at 65 polling stations. At five ballot stations they were watching the vote counting procedure and the closure of voting.
