Voter turnout made almost 70% as of 2 pm - Central Election Commission

ASTANA. KAZINFORM - 68.48% of the voters of Kazakhstan cast their votes at the presidential elections in the country as of 2 pm, member of the Central Election Commission Marat Sarsembayev informed.
The voting process in terms of the regions is the following: Akmola region - 76.98%, Aktobe region - 65.51%, Almaty region - 80.31%, Atyrau region - 73.41%, East Kazakhstan - 75.52%, Zhambyl region - 72.49%, West Kazakhstan - 67.13%, Karaganda region - 69.21%, Kyzylorda region - 73.13%, Kostanay region - 77.22%, Mangystau region - 57.19%, Pavlodar region - 71.01%, North Kazakhstan region - 70.05%, South Kazakhstan region - 77.28%, Astana - 45.75%, Almaty - 39.34%.
