Voter turnout in Kazakhstan - really high compared to any countries

ASTANA. KAZINFORM - The early presidential elections in Kazakhstan were organized in accordance with the legislation of Kazakhstan and international norms, a member of the delegation from China, which monitored the election, told.
"We held a number of meetings and we think that the Central Election Commission of Kazakhstan had prepared for holding the election well. The event was well organized, had quite atmosphere and attracted a lot of people. There were even lines of people waiting to cast their vote," the Chinese observer said.
"We already know the preliminary results of the election. The announced voter turnout is very high for any country. It is a good thing and I have to say that our delegation thinks that the elections were held in accordance with the election legislation, Constitution of Kazakhstan and international norms and standards. Therefore, the elections can be considered democratic, transparent and fair," he added.
