Vietnam prepares for Kazakh President's visit

The central streets and squares of the capital of Vietnam are decorated with the flags of the two states.

According to Ambassador of Vietnam to Kazakhstan Vu The Hiep, it is the first official visit of the Kazakh President in the history of relations of the two countries. According to him, it is expected that the Kazakh President's visit will give a new impetus to development and strengthening of cooperation between the countries.

Vu The Hiep outlined that it is a new stage of development in not only interstate, but interparliamentary and interparty relations. "I think the Kazakh President's visit opens great prospects and opportunities for cooperation of the two countries in all fields," the Ambassador noted.

The diplomatic relations of Kazakhstan and Vietnam were established in June, 1992.
