Vehicular traffic restricted in W Kazakhstan

URALSK. KAZINFORM - Vehicular traffic is restricted in all directions in West Kazakhstan region of the country.
According to regional Internal Affairs Department, vehicular traffic has been restricted due to rains, sub-zero temperatures and black ice. In order to prevent traffic accidents, all roads of the region were closed.
