VECTOR 410KZ combine assembly launched in Kazakhstan
As part of the document there will be a joint assembly of combines marked VECTOR 410KZ based on Combine Plant Vector LLP. This project will upgrade the fleet of agricultural machinery in Kazakhstan. The signing of the papers will give a powerful impetus to further development of relations between the two countries, exchange of experience, training and active cooperation in the field of agricultural engineering.
"During the period of 2000-2012 the company was leased with up to 21,000 units of agricultural machinery worth KZT 188 billion. As part of spring field work in 2013 the number of accepted applications from villagers was up KZT 14.8 billion, of which leasing contracts have been signed for 1119 pieces of equipment, totaling KZT 10.8 billion. However, machine-tractor fleet in Kazakhstan is still in need of updating. Annual demand for agricultural machinery market of Kazakhstan is about 4-4.5 million units a year. However, covered are about 3.2 million units a year, and then at the expense of imported equipment, "said in his speech the Chairman of the Board of "KazAgroFinance" Gumar Rakhimzhanov.
"We aim to provide local farmers with affordable and high-quality equipment, which is made in Kazakhstan. To date we have successfully implemented projects to assemble tractors called "Belarus" at the "SemAZ" in Semey city, a project to build agricultural aircraft "KazAviaSpektr" in Karaganda... This will reduce equipment delivery term. If the equipment is going from abroad during a month, the machinery produced in Kazakhstan may be supplied to a farm during a day or two. It will relieve farmers from additional cost of shipping, customs duties and the like. After all, machines assembled in Kazakhstan are not subject to VAT, which reduces the cost by 12%, if it is in "mode of free warehouse." Given these factors, it was decided to launch a project on assembling combines up to 300 units per year in the Akmola region (Kokshetau), at the "Vector" plant" added G.Rahimzhanov.
