V.Putin praised the level of cross-border coop between Russia and Kazakhstan

ATYRAU. KAZINFORM -Vladimir Putin during the XI interregional cooperation forum in Atyrau praised the level of cross-border cooperation between Russia and Kazakhstan.
"Interregional Cooperation Forum has become an important tool for the development of partnership relations between Russia and Kazakhstan. There were established more than 11,000 joint ventures. The states have signed about 300 interregional agreements on cooperation. Russia and Kazakhstan have the longest land border in the world," said Vladimir Putin. "Bilateral trade has increased by 6 times. The volume of direct Russian investments in Kazakhstan grew by 10-fold," concluded Vladimir Putin.
