V. Putin announces ceasefire agreement reached in Minsk

ASTANA. KAZINFORM - President of Russia Vladimir Putin informed about reaching the agreement on the Ukrainian situation, BBC reports.
After the Normandy format talks ended, President of Russia Vladimir Putin informed that the sides agreed on ceasefire starting at 12 am, February 15, and military disengagement.
The talks in Minsk began on Wednesday evening. The leaders of Germany, France, Russia and Ukraine were the participants of the negotiations.
