Representatives of local authorities and a delegation from Uzbekistan led by Deputy Business Ombudsman Jamshid Urunov are participating in it.

Uzbekistan is developing cooperation with South Korea regarding a green economy and achieving sustainable development goals. Projects are being implemented to introduce renewable energy sources, increase energy efficiency, develop cities based on green technologies, and combat climate change. The participants are studying Seoul’s experience in these areas and discussing issues of creating sustainable transport systems, waste recycling, and environmental protection. Participants are getting acquainted with enterprises using renewable energy sources and environmentally friendly transport systems in Seoul.

The event will help strengthen cooperation between Uzbekistan and South Korea, expand the exchange of experience, and implement new projects.
