Ust Kamenogorsk launched cooled poultry meat factory

UST KAMENOGORSK. May 28. KAZINFORM /Ludmila Malko/ Minister of Agriculture Akhylbek Kurishbayev has participated in launching of the first factory on cooled poultry meat production on the ground of the Ust Kamenogorsk poultry farm. The production is a part of the large national investment project Eurasia.
The factory will provide its consumers with the products meeting all world standards and canons of Islam ?Halal?. The product also has the HACCP food safety certificate.
According to Director General of the Ust Kamenogorsk poultry farm Serik Tolukpayev, the total sum of the investments to the Eurasia project will make USD 70 mln in the nearest seven years.
By 2014 we intend to become a leader on the markets of Kazakhstan and Central Asian countries in production and sale of poultry meat?, he said.
The full realization of the project will take seven years and will cover three stages.
