URGENT: Japan, N. Korea arranging senior working-level talks from Thurs.

TOKYO. November 9. KAZINFORM The government began on Friday arranging senior working-level talks between Japan and North Korea to be held from next Thursday in a third country, government sources said.
Working-level officials from the two countries, which have no diplomatic ties, met in Beijing in late August, the first intergovernmental talks between the two countries in four years, Kyodo reports.
After three days of working-level talks in Beijing, a Japanese Foreign Ministry official said then that the two countries had agreed to put wide-ranging issues of "mutual concern" on the agenda, noting that the abduction issue should be included as it is part of Japan's concerns.
