Unstable weather with precipitation dominates today in most regions of the country. Snow and blizzard will hit northern parts, while southern areas will see rain, Kazinform News Agency reports.
As the national weather service Kazhydromet informed, no precipitation is forecast for northern and southeastern regions. Fog and black ice, as well as gusting wind are forecast across the country.
