Unknown man kidnaps baby, abandons him at construction site in Shymkent

The child was kidnapped from home while his parents were sleeping and discovered missing early in the morning. The mother called the police at 4:00 a.m. Luckily, the infant was found safe and sound hours later at a construction site not far from the family's house. It is still not clear why the baby was kidnapped and why the kidnapper left him at the half-constructed house. An investigation has been launched.
