Universal police rescues drivers and passengers of the bus broken down on a highway

PETROPAVLOVSK. January 6. KAZINFORM - Due to the significant air temperature decrease Internal Affairs Department of the North Kazakhstan region has given directions to thicken road patrol police squads serving suburban routes.
Last Sunday on "Astana-Petropavlovsk" highway the universal police officers together with the staff of the Emergency Department have carried out rescue operations of the broken intercity bus drivers and passengers.
The passenger bus serving "Petropavlovsk-Karaganda" route went out of order on the evening of January 5 on 414 kilometer of the Republican route, near the village of Rublevka. The bus had 45 passengers, including minor children as well as two drivers. According to the drivers, along the way the clutch mechanism suddenly broke down. As a result, another bus was called from Petropavlovsk for people evacuation.
From the beginning of the year, that was the first fact of passenger transport failure due to low temperature.
