Unity of people, strengthening of civil peace, stability and interethnic concord – main idea of President’s Address

The participants of the session in the Secretariat of the People's Assembly of Kazakhstan have such a point of view. Members of the Assembly's Council, Majilis deputies and heads of the republican ethnic unions discussed the conceptual issues of the Address.

In particular, Majilis deputy of the Kazakh Parliament Valery Vishnichenko pointed out a peculiar political significance of the President's Address which consists in the fact that such Address is much expected in Kazakhstan as far as it covers main political accents and objectives for further development of our state.

In his turn, Majilis deputy Oleg Dymov underlined that the keynote of the President's Address was the idea on maintenance and strengthening of civil peace, stability and interethnic concord that was highly appraised by the world community and lead Kazakhstan to its chairmanship in OSCE.

Chairman of "The Republican Cultural Center of Uyghur People" Public Organization Akhmetzhan Shardinov thinks that the representatives of the Assembly should explicate the conceptual issues of the President's Address to the population through their ethnic-cultural unions. "The citizens should know the situation in the country. Each citizen of Kazakhstan should contribute to the economic growth and do no harm to the image of our country", he underlined.
