Unemployment rate climbs to 5% in Kazakhstan

ASTANA. KAZINFORM - Unemployment rate in Kazakhstan climbed to 5% in March 2015.
"Presently, there are 460,000 unemployed people in the country. Unemployment rate reached 5% last month," Chairman of the Statistics Committee under the Ministry of national Economy Alikhan Smailov told a press conference on Wednesday. According to the committee, the number of unemployed people registered with labor offices amounted to 56 100 people countrywide as of late March 2015.
