UNDP, Union of Farmers of Kazakhstan signed Memo on mutual understanding

ASTANA. March 31. KAZINFORM /Gulnara Zhandagulova/ Memo on cooperation between the UNDP and Republican Public Union "Union of Farmers of Kazakhstan" was signed in Astana, Kazinform refers to the press service of the UNDP.
The Memo defines dimensions of the cooperation on development of inclusive projects - economically sound business projects that involve broad layers of population including farmers.
"We recognize the cooperation with the Union of Farmers of Kazakhstan on development of inclusive markets as an important one as long as the experience of introduction of this initiative in 15 countries of the world shows that small farm enterprises take part in inclusive pprojects more often", UNDP Regional Representative Haoliang Xu said.
President of the Farmer's Union Auezkhan Darinov expressed hope that the signed Memo will serve as the base for interaction in other directions as well.
