UNDP to direct $14M to support Astana regional hub

ASTANA. KAZINFORM - Kazakhstan and the United Nations Development Program inked the "Agreement on the Regional Hub of Civil Service in Astana", the regional hub's press service said Sept. 26.
"The agreement includes allocation of $14 million for institutional support for the Regional Hub of Civil Service in Astana for the next three and a half years," according to a message from the regional hub. The Regional Hub of Civil Service in Astana was created March 2013 as an institutional framework and dialogue platform for continuous exchange of knowledge and experience in the area of civil service across the region, Kazinform refers to trend.az. Since its establishment the regional hub has received technical support both from the UNDP and the government of Kazakhstan.
