UN Sec Gen to visit Central Asia and Kazakhstan

ASTANA. March 16. KAZINFORM /Gulnara Zhandagulova/ Secretary General of the United Nations Organization Ban Ki-moon is to visit Central Asian countries including Kazakhstan in April 2010.
As the press service of the UNDP in Kazakhstan informs, the Secretary General is expected in Kazakhstan on April 6-7.
Within the visit Ban Ki-moon will meet with President Nursultan Nazarbayev. He will also visit Semipalatinsk region and the territory of former nuclear testing sit.
