Ukrainian FM sends invitations to presidential inauguration ceremony

KIEV. February 18. KAZINFORM The Ukrainian Foreign Ministry has sent invitations to foreign heads of state to attend the upcoming inauguration of Viktor Yanukovich on Kiev on February 25, Kazinform refers to Itar-Tass.
"Following the Verkhovna Rada's decision and pursuant to the resolution and address of the office of the present-elect, the Foreign Ministry has sent the relevant notes regarding the inauguration," the ministry said on Wednesday.
They contain the date of the inaugural ceremony and the invitation to attend it.
Meanwhile, the Ukraine's Higher Administrative Court has begun a probe initiated by Ukrainian Prime Minister and presidential candidate Yulia Timoshenko. The court will convene on February 19 to examine her lawsuit, Kazinform cites Itar-Tass. See www.itar-tass.com for full version.
