KIEV. August 14. KAZINFORM A Ukrainian appeals court on Tuesday ruled to extradite to Russia Adam Osmayev, suspected of attempting to kill Russian President Vladimir Putin earlier this year.
The court rejected the appeal lodged by Osmayev's defense team and upheld the decision by the Ukrainian Prosecutor General's Office.
Under Ukrainian law, the ruling has come into force and may not be appealed again.
"A decision to 'kill' Osmayev has been made," lawyer Valery Kochetov said, RIA Novosti informs.
