ASTANA. March 28. KAZINFORM - Kazakh Foreign Ministry is questioned on the Ukraine's note, said the Ministry's spokesman Janbolat Ussenov.
"Apparently, the note's appearance was dictated more by emotions rather than common sense. Kazakhstan holds a balanced and realistic stance on the situation in Ukraine. Head of Kazakhstan repeatedly said, including in The Hague, that our country supports peaceful ways of settlement of the crisis in Ukraine and we believe that it should be done by means of negotiations under the aegis of the United Nations and other reputable international organizations", said J. Ussenov. He also said that today the Chargé d'Affaires of the Ukraine in the Republic of Kazakhstan will be invited to the Foreign Ministry to reclarify the official position of Kazakhstan on the Ukrainian crisis. It is not planned to make a written reply to the note.
