Ukraine needs ten years to reform itself to join EU-foreign minister

"Ten years are a realistic period, it is sufficient to carry out reforms," Grishchenko believes.

Earlier, the head of the Ukrainian government Nikolai Azarov said that Ukraine would join the European Union before 2022.
