UK interested in Nord Stream gas - Putin

BERLIN. June 2. KAZINFORM Britain and the Scandinavian countries have expressed an interest in deliveries of Russian gas via the Nord Stream pipeline system in the Baltic, Russian President Vladimir Putin said on Friday during talks with Germany's Chancellor Angela Merkel, RIA Novosti reports.

"You know, the gas from this transit corridor will not just be delivered to Germanyu but also other states, and now Britain and the Scandinavian countries have been talking to us," he said.
