U.S. Assistant State Secretary for Oceans, Environment and Science to visit Kazakhstan

ALMATY. January 29. KAZINFORM /Sara Mustafina/ U.S. Assistant Secretary of State for Oceans and International Environmental and Scientific Affairs Dr. Kerri-Ann Jones will pay a visit to Almaty.
The main purpose of her visit is to consult on further development of the interaction between the USA and Kazakhstan in the field of science and technologies.
Kerri-Ann Jones plans to visit the Regional Environmental Center for Central Asia on February 1. Representatives of the USA Embassy in Kazakhstan for environment protection, science, technologies and healthcare in Central Asia will take part in the meeting.
The American guest is expected to visit the International Fund for Saving the Aral Sea as well. She will meet with specialists and environmental scientists of our country there.
