Tymoshenko to be questioned by Ukrainian prosecutors Dec. 29

The former Ukrainian premier faces charges of allegedly spending money intended for ecological programs to pay pensions and of buying ambulances at inflated prices.
Tymoshenko arrived at the Prosecutor General's Office on Monday. After being questioned, she told reporters that no new charges had been brought against her.
The opposition leader has been summoned to the Prosecutor General's Office for questioning several times over the past few weeks.
Tymoshenko earlier said the criminal charges against her and members of her former government were politically motivated. Ukrainian authorities have flatly denied the claims.
Former Ukrainian Interior Minister Yuriy Lutsenko was detained by Ukrainian authorities on Sunday on charges of abuse of office while investigating the poisoning of former president Viktor Yushchenko, Kazinform refers to RIA Novosti.
