Two workers die repairing sewer in Kostanay

KOSTANAY. KAZINFORM - Two people have died repairing a sewer in the city of Kostanay, reported in the Department of Internal Affairs of Kostanay region.
Yesterday during welding works on the depth of 7 meters, three workers were killed due to sewer collapse. The three workers were employed at "Balkhash Trubomontazh" LLP. Rescuers of the city Emergency Department, police and doctors immediately arrived at the scene of the accident. Rescue operation took 4 hours. Two men were found dead, the third victim was taken to an intensive care unit. Criminal case has been opened.
