Two Russians fail to smuggle drugs to Kazakhstan

ASTANA. KAZINFORM - Two Russian men tried to smuggle marijuana to Kazakhstan via the Kazakh-Russian border, local authorities say.
According to reports, the Petropavlovsk border patrol found 800 grams of marijuana in the car of two citizens of the Russian Federation who attempted to cross the border with Kazakhstan. When the patrol tried to detain the men for illegal possession of drugs, they fled the scene and crossed the border in their vehicle. The Kazakhstani frontier guards immediately warned their colleagues in Russia of drug dealers.
