Two killed in attack on southern Russian hydropower plant

NALCHIK. July 21. KAZINFORM Two people were killed when unknown assailants attacked the Baksan hydropower plant in the southern Russian republic of Kabardino-Balkaria in the North Caucasus, a law enforcement source said. Kazinform refers to RIA Novosti.
"At about 5:20 a.m. a group of unknown people burst into the Baksan hydropower plant in the village of Islamei and shot two security guards. Then the unknown assailants made two explosions in the territory of the plant, including the blowing up of the generator," the source said. Kazinform cites RIA Novosti. See www.en.rian.ru
