Two Kazakh boxers secured victory on the second day of the ASBC Asian Elite Men and Women Boxing Championships in Chiang Mai, Thailand, on December 1, Kazinform News Agency cites Olympic.kz.
Orazbek Assylkulov (57kg) of Kazakhstan beat Mohamad Zulkhailane of Malaysia propelling to the ¼ finals of the ASBC Asian Elite Men and Women Boxing Championships.
Kazakh athlete Biibars Zheksen (60kg) defeated Dilshod Abdumurodov of Uzbekistan by split decision.
It bears to remind that Kazakh boxer Dulat Bekbauov (67kg) beat the Chinese boxer by unanimous decision, cruising into the ¼ finals.
Earlier, the Kazakh boxers' first opponents at the ASBC Asian Elite Men and Women Boxing Championships were announced.
